Another feature is here today since, as you may know,
I like being supportive. I believe that we need to help each other and writers
a little bit more. So, following The
Puppet Spell, today I am presenting you…THE CULT OF ME, which by the way, is
FREE until 28th February, meaning tomorrow, so go grab a copy. And
here is what you should know about THE CULT OF ME.

The magic of creation
Writing isn’t a habit. It is a way of life for many people. Some may do it full time, some part time, some may have turned it into a job and some may write just for themselves. But writing is not as easy as it may sounds.
I was searching the internet and I found some very interesting words from a very interested man. George R.R. Martin, along with other things, when someone asked him advice for a new writer, he said:

Feature and Follow #2: What books you gave?
It’s Friday…and time for my second Feature and Follow,
hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee as always!:)
Plus this week’s question comes with an amazing button too. Today’s question, I think it is fair enough and you will know why…So, here it is.

Feature THE PUPPET SPELL
Today’s post is a different
one and I am happy about it. Some of you may know that I like to support other
writers and I am very happy when they support me too. I think those things are interdependent
and in the hard world of publishing, I believe there is still kindness floating
in the air. Here is an older post I had written about that with the title “SupportiveMuch?”, if you want to take a look.

Bored with movies...thrilled with books
A weird thing is happening to me lately and I want to
share it with you. The thing is that I liked movies a lot and I had a whole
watch list on my PC. Now though, I find it really hard to pick one. Every
trailer I see or every attempt I do to watch one, ending with me flipping
through the pages of my book.

Feature and Follow #1: Write a letter to your favorite character
FEATURE AND FOLLOW FRIDAY is a blog hop designed to
provide as much exposure towards other bloggers as well as yourself and to
expand following. It is hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read, each of whom features
a chosen blog for a week. It is also an interesting way to know other bloggers.
Every Friday, a new question is waiting to be answered in and so it goes on. I
hope I did all okay since this is my first FF. :)

Publishing World...
New week starts and I have to place in order all the
things I want to get done. My focus is on the fifth draft for DAZED since I
want to publish it soon. As I read it again, adding things or tossing others, I
feel anxious. One moment I am happy and optimistic and the other I have my doubts.
I guess, now I understand completely what
people say that writers are never ready to let their manuscript go. I had read
an interview, where Jeffery Deaver said that he write one draft after the other
until they practically take it off his hands in order to publish it.

Make the relationships real
Well, the previous post got me thinking. In a book,
apart from the story, there are many things that contribute in order to make it
realistic and interesting for people to read. I will not talk about techniques or
nice writing, but for the important part that the relationships are playing between
the characters. So, let’s continue our talk but more generally this time. :)

Poll: Love triangles Yes or No?
This is my first post of the month and I will welcome
February with a poll!!!!! Yay!!
The subject of this post is about relationships between
the characters of a book. I want to know YOUR opinion about the relationships
which take place in a story and frankly these are as important as the story, right?
